Timur Igamnazarov is the CEO of the popular international Hungarian consulting company IST Hungary. He is responsible for implementing the company’s strategy and business development. In his role as CEO, Timur is responsible for conducting a comprehensive analysis of Hungarian and European consulting services markets, managing and nurturing relationships with key clients and strategic partners, and developing and optimizing sales systems to drive business growth.
Timur completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI). He also pursued a Master’s degree at the University of Žilina, Slovakia, specializing in Electrical Engineering under the SAIA scholarship. Currently, Timur is pursuing his Ph.D. at the Hungarian Eötvös Loránd University under the guidance of Professor Dr. Zoltán Illés.
This comprehensive educational background, combining technical knowledge and international experience, enables Timur to effectively bridge the gap between technological innovations and business solutions in his leadership role at IST Hungary.
Timur Igamnazarov is the CEO of IST Hungary since 2020. He has over 15 years of experience in the consulting business since 2008, developing strategic partnerships with telecommunications companies, top banks, retailers, real estate firms, and other major companies across the EMEA region (Hungary, European Union countries, UAE, CIS) and the USA.

MTUCI presented unprecedented scale and diversity of opportunity. My six years of phenomenal professors across the disciplines pushed me to expand, challenge, and adjust my worldview.
My tenure throwing major Telco & IT and university events validated that quality stems from attention to detail. My engagement in MTUCI tech & innovation initiatives exercised my creative muscle, sparked my obsession with design, and strengthened my tolerance to adversity. My internships at Siemens, Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent helped me discover my love for building products and increasing sales.

I have been awarded a SAIA Scholarship from the Slovak Republic to study at the University of Žilina’s Faculty of Electrical Engineering. During my time at the University:
- I completed a Slovak language course at the University of Žilina and received a certificate. Now I am fluent in both Slovak and Czech.
- I participated in the international Telekom Day conference organized by Slovak Telekom & Deutsche Telekom, where I won a quiz competition.
- I created a video in the Multimedia Department explaining how students, graduate students, and teachers, can apply for scholarships to pursue studies, research, and academic collaborations in the Slovak Republic.
